DNV hosts ‘Centre of Excellence’ event

Last month, DNV UK’s Business Assurance team, alongside their training partner, Temple, hosted their latest ‘Centre of Excellence’ event with over 30 guests in attendance.

This event celebrated International Woman’s Day and gave delegates the opportunity to hear from a broad range of voices in both the training and certification sector and beyond to hear about topics of inclusion, which mirrored the theme of this year’s International Woman’s Day which is ‘ignite inclusion.’ The audience heard from Tally Singer from The Chartered Quality Institute, Professor Amanda McKay from AWE and Dr Clair Crockett from Newson Health Menopause Society. Guests were also able to share their latest thoughts about their sectors within the lens of training and certification as well as getting to ask DNV and Temple any questions they might have.

DNV’s Training Business Development Manager, Mark Clewley says: “It was fantastic to have so many customers and people from the wider business community join us for this event. It’s great to see so many demonstrate their best-in-class commitment to advancing their knowledge and leading the way with inclusion by actively participating in this event with us.”

Temple’s Managing Director, Jaz Tanwar says: “It was brilliant to meet with clients and celebrate their successes during this special event. Our speakers gave all of us lots of food for thought when it comes to ‘igniting inclusion’ and it was great to see our guests fully get on board with this.”
