DNV UK Gender Pay Gap Reports

Under the regulations, DNV in the UK are required to report gender pay gap data for each separate legal entity that has 250 or more employees.

The DNV UK Gender Pay Gap Report 2025 is made up of our gender pay and bonus data. The report shows that we have varying gender pay gaps across the region in each legal entity, and we are committed to addressing these.

This report shows the overall gender pay gap figures for all in DNV UK and breaks down the figures for each legal entity in scope.

On 5th April 2025, DNV in the UK employed more than 1198 full pay relevant employees across several companies. One of these companies DNV Services UK Limited, had 250 or more employees and we are therefore required to publish their gender pay gap data under UK law.
