CQI and IRCA PT210 Quality in Construction Course
A two-day course designed to equip professionals in the construction industry with practical tools and best practices for managing quality throughout the project lifecycle.
This two-day course has been developed in partnership with the CQI’s Construction Special Interest Group (ConSig). It introduces learners to practical tools and good practice approaches to managing quality in construction at all stages of the project lifecycle.
The course covers the following topics:
- Understanding the critical role of quality in construction and its impact on project success
- Managing the construction lifecycle effectively, including contractual obligations and quality controls
- Ensuring technical assurance, adapting to project changes, and conducting inspections for compliance
- Strengthening client engagement through clear communication and seamless project handover
This course is a Temple QMS Course delivered in partnership with DNV. Upon successful completion of the course, certificates issued will be be CQI/IRCA Temple QMS certificates.
Recommended Prior knowledge:
A basic knowledge of the construction industry and an awareness of the role of quality is required.
