A three-day course covering the benefits of and methods of auditing an Integrated Management System (IMS).

An IMS is one where the requirements of two or more management systems such as Quality, Environment and Health & Safety are combined into a single system. Auditing an Integrated Management System (IMS) can involve separate processes for each standard or, in order to reduce workload and cost, a single process for all standards.

This course covers the integrated audit process and how to plan, manage and report to ensure compliance with the standards being audited to.
