General Terms and Conditions

1. We will acknowledge receipt of your booking form by email, phone or post.

2. Approximately 3 weeks prior to the course commencement you will be sent joining - instructions including details of the venue and any preparation requirements. VAT is charged on all accounts. Course fees do not include accommodation.

3. DNV appreciates that there may be times when nominated staff are unable to attend. Therefore a delegate booked on a course may be substituted at any time with no extra charge.

4. If notice of cancellation is received in writing up to 14 days prior to the start of the course an administration booking fee of £25.00 will be retained; the remainder of the course fees paid will be refunded.

5. DNV reserves the right to charge full course fees if notice of cancellation is not received in writing within 14 days of the start of the course or if a delegate fails to attend the course.

6. In all circumstances DNV reserves the right to re-charge any costs incurred by late cancellation, transfers or failure to attend.

7. DNV also reserves the right to cancel any course at any time in circumstances beyond its control.

8. DNV shall take no liability in respect of consequence of such cancellation except that any course fees paid will be refunded in full.
