Although insider threat is a widely recognised source of risk, there is relatively little information available to managers in relation to how they should assess and manage personnel from a security perspective. Course description
This two day course offers a framework for the development of a personnel security plan and an insight into the issues and strategies for managing what is possibly the most dangerous source of risk within a laboratory environment. It provides an overview of the approaches that can be adopted in selecting, managing and removing personnel.
