DNV provides three ISO 20000 courses, the Foundation course, the Consultant course and the Auditor course.

The Foundation course gives students a basic understanding of an IT Service Management System (ITSMS) complying with the requirements of ISO 20000.
The Consultant course equips students with the required knowledge and skills to establish, operate, and maintain an ITSMS. They also learn to assess the capability and readiness of the organisation. The Auditor course provides knowledge and skills to review and assess an ITSMS complying with the requirements of ISO 20000.
