This four day masterclass is based on architecture being the means to obtain business & IT alignment. Well-known alignment models are discussed and the students learn to recognize the alignment issues in their own organisations. Communication is essential in IT architecture and therefore, based on a well-known model for communication in architecture, delegates are trained in choosing appropriate content and form for interaction with different stakeholders. Furthermore delegates learn how to motivate architectural decisions and to quantify these, also in financial terms.
