OHSAS 18001:2007
A new edition of the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems - Requirements standard has been published early July. There is a number of significant changes to the standard since the first edition was published in 1999. The changes reflect the widespread use and experience of the standard in more than 80 countries, and by approximately 16000 certified organisations (based on the 2005 OHSAS Standards and Certificates survey figures – and it is expected this to have grown greatly for 2006). more

DNV was host for succesful EFQM Learning Edge Conference
June 28 and 29 DNV headquarters in Oslo, Norway hosted the annual 2-day EFQM Learning Edge Conference. This year the conference theme was 'Risk Management and Excellence' and approx 120 EFQM-members from 26 countries participated in the succesful event. more
