OPM3 is the acronym for organisational project management maturity model and is a global standard developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It covers and assesses all aspects of project management: portfolio management, program management and project management. When certified as an OPM3 Assessor or Consultant, you have the latest knowledge, skills, methodology and tools to maximise an organisation's application of OPM3.

PMI Certified OPM3 Assessors deliver OPM3 Assessment Services to organisations interested in measuring their level of project management maturity. The results are used by PMI Certified OPM3 Consultants as a basis for improvements in the organisation.

First company to certify their staff
Capgemini is the first consulting company in the Netherlands to certify employees as PMI Certified OPM3 Assessors on this scale.

In addition to certifying Capgemini's consultants, DNV will demonstrate the OPM3 ProductSuite tools PMI Certified OPM3 Assessors and Consultants use at Capgemini’s customer congress in December. The demonstration will showcase the new capabilities of the Capgemini consultants to a wide customer audience.

The OPM3 ProductSuite is offered by DNV Industry units worldwide on behalf of PMI. It consists of three basic elements: certification of assessors and consultants, tools and services.
