Overall, feedback has been very positive. The majority of you find the new approach beneficial and feel that it helps you get more out of your management system:

We have also had a lot of feedback relating to the new report templates. Most comments highlight the level of dissatisfaction for the length of the report and the level of duplication within it.

Our review committee has taken on board all comments and suggestions and they are in the process of approving the latest revision of the report template.

Some of the improvements we have made include:

• Removing macros from the document
• Reducing duplications within the document
• Simplified the printing process
• General reduction of the overall report

We are also looking at the possibility of our system automatically filling in some client data prior to the audit.
