The 16th itSMF Annual Conference and Exhibition has returned to Brighton and DNV will be exhibiting at this leading event on IT Service Management. This is a must attend event for everyone who wishes to expand their service management knowledge and network within the IT service management industry. This three day event will also provide you with the opportunity to showcase new products and services, plus talk face to face with over 1000 Service Management professionals. The 2007 conference will open with the refresh of the ITIL® best practice series completed and published in the months leading up to the showpiece event. This year’s event has been themed “(R)evolution?”. Last year, the focus was on “Theory into Practice”. As it seemed logical that as the “theory” has changed the focus is now on the whole approach to Service Management.
