The service is free of charge, and you can change your areas of interest or stop the service whenever you wish. After 6 months you will receive an e-mail requesting your confirmation to continue receiving job alert e-mail trough this service. The only thing you need to do to is to fill in three fields in the registration form by clicking on job alert service in the left menu.
